I had a great buying experience thanks to Cheri. As a first time home buyer I was ignorant to a lot of things but cheri was able to explain in layman's term. Whenever I texted or emailed her she responded right away. Cheri is charismatic, relatable and her expertise got me through this process. Cheri did an outstanding job assisting me in every aspect of buying my forever home. She listened to everything I was saying of what I wanted and was looking for and delivered every time. She was very knowledgeable in the areas I was looking to buy a home. She was spectacular to work and very professional, but down to earth. I always knew she was on my side and was looking out for my best interests. She helped me fine my forever home and I am grateful.

I absolutely loved Cheri! We were not only having trouble nailing down what exactly we were looking for, but where we were looking. We are both indecisive and slow decision makers, and to top it off, we often had a toddler and an infant in tow. Cheri remained positive and patient over several months and 20 different houses, (some with multiple showings). She listened carefully to me and my husband, and was able to guide our chaotic thought processes in order to simplify and unify our disjointed (and often conflicting) priorities. She remained mostly impartial about the style and the amount of work required, (never trying to tell us what we like and don’t like) while offering invaluable incite about the neighborhoods and resale value. She was incredibly responsive via text, email and phone, and we have never had to wait more than a few hours for a response. (and if it took more than 1 hour, she always phoned and apologized) I do not know enough about negotiating real estate to attest to her performance. She seemed more interested in securing us the home than getting us a "good deal." (That could be a pro or a con depending on your situation.) I cannot say enough good about Cheri! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Cecil and Harford County Maryland area!
